Started a Keto diet, this chicken will remain juicy and delicious even after refrigerated.
Ingredients Steps
  • Chicken breast (or whatever meat you like)
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Oil and/or butter
  • Herbs (your choice)
01. Add oil/butter, salt/pepper, spices/herbs to a ziplock or vacuum seal bag.
02. Add meat (1 piece per bag)
03. Seal
04. Add to sous vide at 145F for 1 1/2-2 hours. (in that interval the chicken will remain the same)
05. Adjust for other meats (pork:140, beef MR:129, M:135)
