Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 small Onion (Diced)
  • 2 1/2 cup Mozzarella or Cheddar
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 25 oz Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Water

    Brown beef, garlic and onion.,In separate bowl mix 1 cup of mozzarella, parmesan and eggs,Remove meat-mix from pot and drain grease.,Mix marinara with meat, leave a little for the top.,Use a small spring form pan that fits into the pot, lined with tin-foil.,Layer the meat and cheese until no more ingredients. ,Final layer should the left over marinara sauce.,Loosely cover with tin foil.,Pour a cup of water into the bottom of the instant pot. Add the rack, then the pan.,Close lid on pot, close valve then cook on high pressure for 9 minutes.,Once done, perform a quick release and serve.
